6. Service Terms
ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS HAVE A $2,500/MONTH MINIMUM. Subscriptions are outcome-scoped (e.g., audit-ready baseline, compliance moat, board- and M&A-ready) and bill as a fixed monthly fee. Unused capacity does not roll over. Engagements outside the scope of your tier — including large initiatives, audits, M&A diligence, and incident response — are scoped and quoted up front as defined projects.
7. Limitation of Liability
Senticit and all of its affiliates, subsidiaries, business units, content providers, agents, and the like will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and/or special damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Website.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Senticit and all of its affiliates, subsidiaries, business units, content providers, agents, and the like from and against any and all claims, suits, liabilities, expenses (including attorneys' fees), and/or damages arising out of claims based upon your use of the Website.
