Please note that users herein are classified in two mutually-exclusive categories and that the type of data collected varies depending upon the user's category:

• Category One: With respect to users who request further information about our services, we collect only such information as is necessary to determine your level of service needs plus contact information to enable us to answer your questions as a prospective customer.
• Category Two: Users who already are customers of Company and are using this domain as a portal to see the information on their server. 10. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content (California SB 942 Compliance)

In accordance with the California AI Transparency Act (SB 942, codified at Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 22757–22757.4), and consistent with FTC guidance on truthful advertising, Senticit discloses that portions of the content on this Website — including video, audio, voiceover, imagery, illustrations, motion graphics, blog posts, marketing copy, captions, and chatbot responses — may be created, generated, or materially modified using generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools.

Specifically with respect to video content: some videos published by Senticit on this Website, on our social channels, in emails, or in client deliverables contain AI-generated or AI-assisted visuals, synthetic voiceover, automated captions, or AI-edited footage. Such videos are visibly labeled with an on-player "AI-Assisted Content" disclosure where feasible, and — where the underlying GenAI provider supports it — embedded provenance metadata (e.g., C2PA / Content Credentials manifests) is preserved so downstream tools can detect that the content was AI-generated.

What we do to comply with SB 942:

• We provide a clear and conspicuous disclosure on AI-generated or materially AI-modified content, including video.
• We do not strip latent or manifest provenance disclosures applied by the GenAI systems we use, and we instruct our staff and contractors not to remove them.
• We maintain a public-facing AI Disclosure & Responsible AI Policy describing where AI is used, where it is not, and our human-review process.
• Our on-site chatbot is identified as an AI system, and a human reviewer can be reached at info@senticit.com.
• Security findings, compliance recommendations, contracts, pricing, and SLAs are reviewed and approved by qualified human staff before delivery, regardless of whether AI was used to draft them.
